Description
We delivered the full groundworks solution for an 8,000m2 new build school, specialising in digital technologies to accommodate 900 11-18 year old pupils. The project was constructed on a restricted, split level inner city site, and required extensive substructure works to facilitate the installation of a 5m high retaining structure to enable the lower levels to be used as habitable space.

Our scope of works included:
